Using a simple, secure, and easy-to-set-up software that allows me to remotely control your screen, I’ll have your problem fixed in no time. Don’t worry, you’ll still have full control over your device, and can terminate the connection at any time. After the connection is over, I'll guide you on how to uninstall the software.
Getting the application is easy: after you’ve explained your issue, I'll guide you on how to download it. Simply double-click on the app, follow the prompts, and you’re all set! Once the application is installed, you’ll need to give the app permission to view and control your screen; again, follow the prompts. I’ll have your problem solved in no time! (If you’re a little skeptical or simply don’t know how to set up the app, don’t worry, we can take care of all this during the actual consulting session.)
iPhone support is a breeze at SavvyTech– all you need to do is install a companion app that will let me view your screen. This lets me easily see the problem and show you how to fix it. Just as with Mac support, you can easily terminate the connection at any time, and there’s no way for me to access any data you don’t want me to see. When the connection is over, just uninstall the app.
The setup is simple: after you’ve explained your issue, I’ll guide you on how to download it. Once you do that, you’re good to go. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask them before downloading the app.

If the problem takes longer, then the charge is $60 per hour ($15 every 15 minutes).
